The Capability Development Grant (CD Grant) encourages and supports the continuous professional development of the people that work in Singapore’s arts and culture sector.
The grant is open to individuals and organisations and supports the following training activities or programmes that span a duration of no more than 12 consecutive months:
- Professional training and skills development programmes
- On-the-job training activities

[1] Participation in competitions should be accompanied by opportunities for professional development such as master classes and workshops. Organisations that are planning to organise competitions should consider applying for the Presentation and Participation Grant.
