From 2 April 2025, the National Arts Council (NAC) will cease administration of lamp post banners in the Civic District. If you have received confirmation from the NAC for a banner space up to 1 April 2025, your allocation remains valid.
For future applications in the Civic District or other precincts, please contact the Land Transport Authority (LTA) directly at LTA_Licensing_TDS_VBanner@lta.gov.sg. Submission guidelines and technical requirements can be found on the LTA website.
