ARH Co-Working Spaces

ARH@GAC and ARH@SAC

The ARH co-working spaces are conveniently located at sites with an existing concentration of arts activities, which users can access for hot-desking, small-group meetings, and informal networking. Each co-working space is fitted out with:

1. Hot-desking facilities with charging points
2. High-speed Wi-Fi
3. Printer with photocopier and scanner capabilities
4. Meeting room with TV Monitor
5. Hot/Cold water dispenser
   

Usage of the ARH Co-Working Spaces

To facilitate a conducive and comfortable environment for all users to conduct their administrative work and meetings, ARH subscribers and their guests should adhere to the following guidelines: 

1. Use of the meeting room is on a first-come-first-served basis. Users should limit their use of the meeting room to a maximum of 3 hours each time, to allow others to enjoy the facility.
2. Respect the people around you and this space and refrain from activities that might be disruptive or offensive. Users should not use the co-working space to conduct events of any sort (e.g. workshops, classes, seminars, performances, rehearsals, etc).
3. Mind the noise so everyone can work comfortably in this open plan setting. Use headphones if listening to media, or if attending an online meeting.
4. Keep smells and pests away by eating responsibly and consuming only drinks and snacks in the space. No hot meals should be consumed in the space.
5. If inviting guests into the space, do share the user guidelines with them. Users who invite guests into the co-working space will be responsible for their guests' conduct and behaviour within the space.
6. Show the planet some love and turn off the lights and air-conditioner if you are the last to leave the space, and print only what you need.
