Appetite is proud to present a group show exploring colour and it's historical, experiential, and anthropological lineage. From the geographies and routes of the spice trade, to the pigments and chemicals inherent to a land, the expressions of culture reveal themselves through the colours— hue, tint, tone and shade— that we find in food, textile, architecture, art, and everyday objects.

A new exhibition by Y2ARTS which re-contextualizes the works by their stable of artists, Vertical Horizon brings focus upon an often overlooked aspect of art making – the dimensionality of paintings. The Seniors and Contemporary Art Project is a pilot programme by SAM to engage seniors in nursing homes through contemporary art. Singaporean artists Justin Lee, Zulkifle Mahmod and Tang Ling Nah co-create artworks with these seniors through art-making workshops inspired by the artists’ own adaptations for the SAM Touch Collection.
