Seniors and Contemporary Art Exhibition

The Seniors and Contemporary Art Project is a pilot programme by SAM to engage seniors in nursing homes through contemporary art. Singaporean artists Justin Lee, Zulkifle Mahmod and Tang Ling Nah co-create artworks with these seniors through art-making workshops inspired by the artists’ own adaptations for the SAM Touch Collection. The project is organised in partnership with Society for the Aged Sick and Agency for Integrated Care and will culminate in an exhibition showcasing works by these seniors.
