Rori Hee's exhibition presents a variety of mixed media works populated by whimsical, child-like characters that are central to Hee's works. Hee has been battling cancer for the past 6 years and only returned to art-making in 2021. Hee's child-like landscapes and paddlepop colours may or may not be an avenue of escapism but regardless, they are a beautiful reminder of the power of retaining one's inner child.
