Applications Open for Arts Residencies in Italy

NAC offers outstanding theatre practitioners and playwrights the chance to interact with and benefit from the experiences and insights of their internationally-renowned counterparts in the Umbrian countryside at La Mama Umbria, Spoleto, Italy.

The first ever residency for outstanding Singapore playwrights to attend the prestigious annual 4th Annual La Mama International Playwright Retreat held from 5 July to 15 July 2010 is now open for application. Local theatre practitioners can also apply for the esteemed 11th Annual La Mama International Symposium for Directors, held from 17 July to 7 August 2010.

Open Call for Arts Creation Fund Applications

The Arts Creation Fund (ACF), is a new initiative that provides artists with resources to support artistic works in the germination phase. Through this initiative, we seek to grow our trove of original, high-quality performing, visual, literary and multi-disciplinary arts works that draw on experiences in Singapore and Asia.
