- Please ensure that the nomination form
is completed and all softcopies of
supporting documents are uploaded with the
form at the time of submission. Incomplete
nomination forms will not be considered.
- All nominations must be submitted online,
along with any hardcopy supporting materials
to the National Arts Council by
6:00PM Friday, 26 February 2010. Nominations
postmarked or received by hand later than this
date will not be considered.
- You would have to confirm that the particulars of the
nominee provided by you are, to the best of
your knowledge, true and you have not
willfully suppressed any material fact.
